Welcome to the Let's sell crap on Ebay Challenge. The idea arose when I heard several stories about people making a living from auctioning things on the website. I decided the Beano Kru neeeded to get in on the action. Unfortunately I don't own a peanut signed by Muhamed Ali, Mick Jagger's Incontinence pants or for that manner any of the other stuff usually sold on Ebay. What I do have is genuine crap, people will buy rubbish if its got a celebrity connection, but are there people out there who will just buy really useless junk? Now it could be quite easy to sell things if you were to deceive people, I'm not going to do this, I will give a true description of the goods, at a reasonable price (actually any price with these goods is unreasonable but you know what I mean.)
The first item I'm going to attempt to sell is a half eaten bag of crisps, if someone does buy these I will send them out. Bidding begins 15th September. More info soon...
